Entries close at the end of the Promotion Period. The Prize Draw takes place in Singapore (128 Beach Road, #20-01 Guoco Midtown, Singapore 189773) on a single fixed date, 31 August 2026, 16:00 SGT, when we include all Eligible Participants who completed the required step and randomly select the winners from eligible entrants across the participating markets.

If you win, we notify you by email within 48 hours of the draw, to the email registered to your World Account. You have 48 hours from notification to confirm and accept the Prize. If you do not respond within that time, we randomly select another Eligible Participant.

Once you confirm acceptance, WorldFirst arranges for the Prize to be delivered. Delivery is within your market; WorldFirst arranges courier delivery to your registered business address.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and/or the Promotion, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC") in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the SIAC (SIAC Rules) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
